Clock-In/ Clock-Out Adjustment Reasons

Maybe add a reason for when an authorization is being added but hasn't been updated in POC, making the DCS unable to clock in and out. Then us having to manually add their shifts for the days they are unable to clock in or out due to the Auth not being updated in time for the system.

Idea Background

Add a reason "Current Authorization just uploaded" or something along those lines so that it doesn't look like we just have DCSs' that are not clocking in when auths are expired in the system.

Idea Benefit

It will help when payroll goes through to corporate to let them know these shifts had to be manually input because the current authorization had not been added to POC in time for DCS to be able to clock in and out on their own. I know state requirements for the clocking in and out and this would clear that up too.
