Visit Review Shifts not approved Printable Report

Would need to be sorted by PS or DCS we need to run a report showing which shifts are non-compliant and need paper documentation on payroll. This report should show contact information for the caregiver and the client so CSMs can work straight from the report to contact for correction or paper time sheet by payroll. It should make it more efficient for management. Or at a minimum make the Visit Review Screen be able to be copied and pasted into an Excel document

Idea Background

As a BM I need a way to keep track of what shifts need paper notes and have an easy way for the CSM to show me who has been contacted. I also want to ensure that the same DCS are not continuing to not be compliant week after week. This way I can keep the reports throughout pay period as see if improvement is happening and if the CSM has been contacting the PS/DCS for corrections. Right now I am making my own Excel for this and it is time consuming.

Idea Benefit

BMs would be able to give report to CSM to note that each PS and DCS was contacted and whether or not the shifts were corrected, so we know who will need a paper documentation by payroll, saving time and helping assure that efforts are being made to retrain DCS and to make as many shifts compliant paperless as possible
