Overlap of Service Report: Add Multi-Site Option

Add the ability to select multiple sites when running the Overlap of Service Report (Scheduling reports tab).

Idea Background

Requested by Kammie in Renton branch (WA). They work out of 2 sites which means every time they run the report, they have to run it for each site separately.
