With new care plans not having addresses and requiring DCS's to utilize POC EVV to acquire the addresses, it is confusing for them and they clock in for CLTC clients in POC EVV app, which leads to resolutions. Also, by disabling the feature for CLTC clients for clock in and clock out, it avoids new DCS's from clocking in/out on the wrong app. The missed visit option needs to stay in case CLTC client is not home and did not notify the office.

It is addressing the problem of DCS's clocking in on the wrong app, especially when looking up address for client. By the option being present, it is easy to understand, even after being taught in the office on which app to use for what client, how they can become confused. |
