This could help eliminate repetitive conversations. High-volume locations like mine employ over 260 Caregivers, each with approximately eight annual training requirements. Currently, we track upcoming trainings using Excel spreadsheets, which means staff is managing over 2,000 certifications each year. A scheduling calendar visible to the entire team would show who is scheduled for training on any given day. This would help other departments plan ahead and take advantage of having the Caregiver on site to complete additional training, if needed.
