Allowing the entering of Scheduling Plans as Hourly vs. Units.

This is vital to the correct utilization of the new Scheduling Plan feature. This additionally reduces the risk of manual calculation issues as the CSMs/Schedulers are reading authorizations that typically state the Service/Frequency/Schedule in Hours. They would then have to calculate that in to Units for the system to then calculcate back to Hours. This process is unnecessary and leaves room for human error.
