Having a check box feature to manage multiple message in the AMS alert section on the dashboard.
Idea Background
For example, if call center notes are delivered to the AMS alert dashboard and I want to clear the ones that do not need an f/up or etc., having the ability to select multiple ones would be more efficient than having to select one at a time. Also, due to the # of service codes our site uses, when I receive reminders of the expiring auth, I receive multiple entries which then have to be cleared individually. |
