show mileage on PS task signature report

When you run the PS task signature report to act as the time sheet it doesn't show if any mileage was claimed on that visit. This would be nice for private insurance to show mileage reported that day to reflect why we are charging mileage along with the visit. Additionally if when entering mileage the DCS had to list where they went into the POC app to verify the mileage not just enter any random number they feel like.

Idea Background

We are trying to go paperless but our mileage remains on paper as the app doesn't have any way to verify the mileage unless DCS add where all they went into their notes. Also the PS task signature report that we print off to act as a time sheet in the event of an audit doesn't reflect mileage that was claimed that shift.

Idea Benefit

This would provide better oversight to the mileage being paid out and reflect on the time sheet that mileage was in fact claimed.
