Analytics Cancelled Visits Report - Add Service Hold Type Column

Add a new column to the All Cancelled Visits report to display the Service Hold Type. Currently, multiple service hold types are grouped under the "Service Hold Event" cancellation reason, which makes it difficult to identify the specific type of hold. Including the hold type alongside the existing comments would give managers a clearer understanding of each cancellation without needing to run a separate report.

One strategy for finding more revenue is looking at cancelled hours to see if any can be recovered to help hit monthly goals. If the report included the service hold type, it would save time and make it easier for branches to spot those opportunities without having to run extra reports.
