If the office is using the CSM Dashboard to monitor service holds, it would be helpful to also include a column that shows Expected End Date. This additional information would help users determine if the service hold needs follow-up and prevent offices leaving service holds open longer than needed.

With service holds now including exceptions, there's more to monitor. With service hold functionality requiring 2 steps to start and end for most types, it would help offices to enter and keep track of expected end dates. |
