dcs reminded 12/24 hours before shift starts via text

dcs needs to receive a reminder text message about next day's shifts at least by 6pm the prior day

this will address any time change of shift questions.

IF DCS picks up a shift and forgets.

This will help with clock in/outs

this would eliminate DCS FORGETTING WHAT TIME THE SHIFT IS OR IF THEY PICKED UP A SHIFT IT WOULD REMIND THEM THE DAY BEFORE.
