Feature Request: Click-to-Call Phone Number Hyperlinks

Current Issue:

In the POC Care Coordination App, phone numbers for Clients and Caregivers are displayed as plain text.
CSMs must manually copy or memorize numbers to make calls, which slows down response time and increases the chance of dialing errors

Idea Background Proposed Enhancement: Convert all displayed phone numbers into hyperlinked “tel:” format. This allows users to tap the number and initiate a call directly from their device (especially useful on mobile). Attachments Open full size
