I don't always catch every orientation confirmation entered in the progress notes, and DCSs don't always remember to put orientation confirmation in the progress notes. This puts the company at risk of audit findings related to missing signatures on orientation logs. |

Having a task that DCSs can't bypass would ensure that they would have to confirm over the phone orientation, thusly reducing our risk for audit findings. |
