Manage Care Plan Hyperlink in the edit re-occurring box

When we build a template for either a new or existing client it would be great if we could put in the EVV tasks from the edit re-occurring box, we can do it by service code if client has more than one. This was save a step during this process if an office is on electronic documentation and tasks are needing to be put in. Where it would be great at is at the top of that box where, auto extend DCS, Scheduling plan, consumed units, ect... Saving time from having to go to the home screen drop down and select it for one service then to to another service.

Idea Background

Less clicks for CSM, another thing that can be done from the one edit-re-occurring box. If the care plan changes we can open up that from the schedule management screen as well and update the care plan from there.
