Idea Background
When reviewing Offered Hours Note Type, you can not easily identify if a caregiver is refusing or accepting hours. You must depend on the Notes added. The notes do not consistently indicate the outcome of the offered hours. We are also seeing multiple notes that remain open with older dates. Can we explore options to force "accepted" or "refused" and prompts to close the note? |
