When putting a caregiver as unavailable for a certain period of time, it deletes the client schedules.

We need to have the schedule to stay the same just remove the caregiver that is now unavailable.

Idea Background

With the visit being deleted the CSM doesn't realize that they have a shift to fill. It is not showing up as an open visit.
