When working with CDCN we utilized Celltrak as their EVV Application for client visits. It's a 3rd party company but it helped immensely when people had technicality issues with the application. The Software Developers and Engineers utilized their knowledge to help not only fix the application to the specifications that CDCN had but also made it easier for the caregiver to not worry if they weren't clocked in or not.

Caregiver satisfaction as well as less clients moving to different home care places. There have been multiple complaints regarding the usage of the application and how difficult it is even when you first register. On CSM side, it isn't user friendly, but can be through this one change. By creating a application that not only fits to the need of the client but also the need of the caregiver makes everyone's job smoother.
