Create a real-time EVV compliance alert system with a dashboard and pop-up notifications to help branch teams focus on high-risk caregivers and improve compliance scores.

This feature enables proactive monitoring of EVV compliance by targeting caregivers with repeated noncompliance issues. Having this type of functionality will help branch teams proactively address EVV non-compliance by focusing on the highest-risk caregivers. POC users that utilize this will benefit by receiving instant alerts when a selected caregiver performs a noncompliant action, enabling immediate intervention.

How it works:

  • A dashboard allows users to create a “Focus Group” of noncompliant caregivers.

  • When a discrepancy occurs, a pop-up alert appears on any screen the user is currently in, showing the caregiver’s name, issue type, and an action button (e.g., “Contact Documentation”) that links to the Call Center and provides space to log the conversation in real time.

Problem/Opportunity or Current Situation:
EVV compliance scores are often impacted by a small group of caregivers with recurring issues. Current processes are reactive and require manual tracking, which delays intervention and increases audit risk. These delays can lead to billing discrepancies and potential recoupments, resulting in lost revenue for the company.

Stakeholders Affected:
Branch Managers, CSMs, QA Managers, Corporate Departments (i.e. Compliance) and Caregivers whose compliance affects branch performance, audit readiness, and overall operational efficiency.

Idea Benefit

Delivering this capability will allow branch teams to act immediately on EVV discrepancies, reducing compliance gaps and improving EVV scores. Real-time alerts combined with integrated call logging will:

  • Minimize delays in addressing issues

  • Improve audit documentation accuracy

  • Increase overall compliance rates

  • Reduce administrative burden by centralizing monitoring and response

  • Lower risk of recoupments and revenue loss by ensuring timely interventions and accurate documentation
