Communication Dashboard DCS Messages filter by site #

Currently if you oversee more than one location you see all the messages from all of your sites meaning it is easier to look track or overlook messages for the site you are working on at that time. By adding a site filter CSM/BM can work one site at a time to review messages which will help improve communication with field staff.

Idea Background

Currently you can only filter down to CSS or DCS in the DCS messages part of the communication dashboard. For roles working with multiple sites or have access to multiple sites looking at the DCS messages can be overwhelming and difficult to sort down to what site it belongs too.

Idea Benefit

Example BM or ED covers a branch that is short staffed and isn't familiar with all the DCS names as they don't usually work that location would be able to filter down to the site level and better address needs and communicate better with field staff and better support them.
