Providing a way to bypass the black tasks option in timecard signatures

Greetings!

I've had a common theme with my caregivers where anytime I ask them to go into TimeCard Signatures and input tasks and signatures, they are unable to because the part where it says "Tasks" is in black instead of blue. If it was a blue hyperlink, they'd be able to click the necessary tasks but unfortunately they cannot.

It's a consistent issue as I do have to make sure we are EVV Compliant. Some may forget their signatures and tasks. This becomes a hassle and I have to print out each timesheet. If continued, I fear that we will end up back on paper timesheets which is not state compliant.

Idea Background

This application doesn't fit the need of the caregiver when inputting time. It needs to have a option for older phones as we have people who don't always have the newest phones. If this continues, we will end up having caregivers with just paper timesheets and not compliant with the state. This needs to be adaptable to any phone and with any issue that arises.

Idea Benefit

There needs to be an option for the blue task hyperlink to show on the EVV app regardless if the tasks are inputted or if the system is acting up.

    Not really. I'm asking if there was a way for us to adapt to our current clients. They don't have access to newer phones that fit better with the EVV Application.

    In addition to what you stated, I'd like to be able to have it where issues like clocking in and out are an issue no longer. That's been a consistent issue where they are unable to clock in/out with older phones as well as edit their time punches, tasks, and get signatures on the EVV Application. We've restarted multiple times and have troubleshoot multiple times but to no avail.

    Are you asking for the ability for a caregiver to add tasks to a visit they already completed if they didn't add them when they completed services for the client on the EVV Mobile App?
