Visit Review Comment - Note Type Call Center

When adding a comment to Visit Review, you are able to tag the Call Center. Currently the Note Type auto populates as Schedules. Request during NC Team Call is to update the Note Type to easily identify that the note is from Visit Review.

Idea Background

Nurses and supervisors approve visits through Visit Review. If a visit cannot be approved due to issues such as missing or incorrect signatures and/or incomplete tasks, they add a Visit Comment and can tag the Call Center. To review these comments, it would be more efficient to access the comments for resolution through the Call Center with a filter specific to comments generated in Visit Review vs. clicking on each comment in Visit Review. Currently, the Schedule Note type is used frequently and cannot be used to isolate Visit Review–related comments/issues.
