Pull only active payor plans for clients on PS Admission Report

When pulling a PS admission report we need it to only pull active payor plans.

Idea Background When pulling a PS admission list right now it will pull all payor plans / services the client has had. For example if a client had SOURCE XP and PS and then converts to CCSP XP and PS the PS admission list will pull all payors. Attachments Open full size
Idea Benefit Only active payor plans will be listed but knowledge for office but also when we are having internal audits and they are pulling clients from the PS admission they could think that the client is currently with a payor/plan/service and they are not. Attachments Open full size
