Transfer to a secondary visit in EVV

When a PS has multiple visit back to back, Have an option to "Transfer" to the next visit, auto clocking the DCS out for the first visit, and in for the second visit.

Idea Background

Time spent correcting timecard punches for back to back visits. DCS are currently clocking in on one visit, and out on another.
