create call center note from all screens

It would be very useful if the top banner for all screens had a create note button that could be selected and would create a pop up box to enter a note. Once you create the note the box would go away and you would remain on the screen you were working.

Idea Background

With a designated button to create a note from all screen it would reduce time by switching from current work and logging into call center or opening and signing into another POC lite tab just to document notes.

Any opportunity to make it easier to document is useful to all and ensure we have better documentation of calls/help provided without loosing place of what we were doing.
