The problem: The app no longer applies extra time worked to each service, proportionately. It applies extra time worked to whatever service is scheduled last. The DCS has no control over this. The only way to have the extra time apply to each service is by separating the services on the caregiver's schedule.

Ex: Pretend I am scheduled to work back to back services for a client. The first service is 1.5 hours and the second service is 15 minutes(.25)..total=1.75 hours...If i miss a day, and need to make up that time, any extra time worked is only being applied to the second (.25 minute) service. So if I were to work 60 minutes extra, all of this time is being applied to the .25 service...instead of splitting into both services..(it would be logical to assume I am making up both services). This could lead to clients running out of services early because it is only applying extra time worked to whichever service scheduled last..

If we can allow the caregiver to determine how much of the extra time being worked was meant for each service, it will prevent inaccurate billing, will reduce office(manual) edits.

Before: Extra time being worked was split proportionately between each service.

Now: Extra time being worked is only being applied to whatever service is scheduled last

Future: Maybe we can give the DCS a way of deciding how much of the extra time was meant for each service.
