CAREGIVERS NEED A PLACE TO DOCUMENT MILE DESTINATION.

Caregivers are required to report client miles. Currently caregivers cannot document where they went during their shift. Supervisors are unable to confirm milage.

Caregivers are required to document the destination for client miles. POC currently has nowhere for them to document where they went. CSM's are unable to confirm the number of miles caregivers are putting in.
