option to turn off task, note, and signature prompts by DCS

For clients that have more than one care giver working for them we would like the option to turn off prompts for tasks, notes, and signatures by care giver.

Idea Background If one care giver that works for a client is paperless and the other that works for the same client isn't paperless it creates extra work for the non paperless care giver to clock out. Once a care plan is activated for a client it will prompt every care giver working that client to complete tasks, notes, and get a signature. If one of the care givers isn't paperless and they get stuck on that tasks screen feeling the need to fill duplicate information, or feel they haven't fully clocked out. Attachments Open full size
Idea Benefit It would help less tech savy care givers that don't want to go paperless have a more straight forward clock out. Also it would ensure they don't fill something into the tasks or notes section that won't be looked at as they turn in a paper task sheet. Attachments Open full size
