Visit Review: Add Yes/No Filter for Paper Documentation Received column

When users are approving visits on the Visit Review Dashboard, there's not an easy way to pull out visits that have "Paper Documentation Received" checked. Paper timesheets don't need electronic approvals and are creating a longer list of items that need review for the office.

It would also be helpful to have a PD Received filter to help gauge which caregivers or clients are consistently turning in paper and which visits aren't "paperless." It may also help the office pull up a list of visits with paper timesheets so they know when to refer to the client's file for audit.

Idea Background

Paper documentation received helps offices move visits with timesheets out of their exceptions list, but there's not a way to exempt those visits from the approval process currently without a filter.
