BPCRM Referral Count YTD Report-Add Total Referral Count to Monthly View

Add referral count along with converted count so offices can gauge volume of referrals month-by-month as opposed to conversions only. Especially since, conversions may take a longer time, depending on payor source. Requested by Shae Eaton in the 7/24/26 reports training call.
