Link Visits: Ability for Offices to Batch Enter Token Codes

Allow office staff to enter FOB/Token codes directly in POC Link Visits to ensure EVV Compliance.

For offices where EVV reporting is a major issue (specifically super rural locations, reservations, etc), allow caregivers to write FOB/token codes on claim form/tasksheet so office can enter into the system.

Requested on behalf of the Tucson AZ office because they have clients and caregivers on reservations with unreliable phone or network service, and other EVV options (Telephony, Offline Mode) aren't feasible.

Idea Background

Caregivers in extremely rural locations may not have the ability to access a phone or cell service to report EVV times. Give offices the ability to enter token codes directly into the system when timesheets are received.
