BPCRM Referrals: Option to multi-select Referral Status

Allow offices to select more than one referral status at a time on the Referrals List screen. Requested by Marcus Roberts in the BPCRM Referral Pilot.

Idea Background

Being able to select only 1 status at a time could lead offices to miss referrals with other statuses that might require review-reopen, pending, etc.
