PS Task Signature Report Filter: Add CSM

Operations Run the PS Task Signature Report to compare to the Visit Review Dashboard when approving visits. We are able to filter by CSM in Visit Review. It would be more efficient for a CSM (where authorized) to filter by CSM when running the PS Task Signature Report and then compare to Visit Review filters by CSM. We would also want to sort by PS on the PS Task Signature Report to match visit review.
