BPCRM: Update options under Funding Category

The Funding Category field is available on Sales/Marketing accounts and contacts as well as Referrals but the options are limited and don't give offices and leadership enough of a breakdown.

Instead of a Governmental Other category, it would be helpful to differentiate between Veterans Admin. and Other Gov. It also would be helpful to see options for Commercial, LTC Insurance and Worker's Comp, and Private Pay added. Requested by Daniel Swade during BPCRM training.
