Leaving visits on visit review that are complete is what this is doing. When it is selected as "patient unable to sign" and it is reviewed by the office this is verified with our signature verification form the client completes at admission and annual reassessments.

Even though the visit is listed as uncomplete documentation it prints out on the PS task signature report under PS signature as "patient unable to sign" but if we client paper documentation received just to complete it then it doesn't show up on that report so it will always show as a visit not completed on the visit review screen.

The visit would be marked as completed documentation, not lingering on the visit review making that not clear of all completed visits.
