Currently, timesheets uploaded to visits in POC must be opened individually to view, print, or download them. This process is time-consuming, especially when Medicaid requests timesheets for a specific date range or multiple visits.
I would like to see a feature that allows users to select a date range and view, download, or print all timesheets uploaded to visits in one batch. Ideally, the feature would allow users to download the timesheets as individual PDF files or combine them into a single PDF for easier recordkeeping and submission.
This would be especially helpful when responding to Medicaid documentation requests, completing audits, and maintaining accurate records. Currently, some timesheets are received by email and uploaded directly into POC, which can result in timesheets being missed when printing and filing documentation.
This feature would benefit branch office staff, compliance teams, and anyone responsible for maintaining and submitting required Medicaid documentation.

Idea Background
The current process requires staff to open each visit individually to locate, view, and download or print uploaded timesheets. When Medicaid requests documentation covering a specific time frame, gathering all required timesheets can be tedious and increases the risk of accidentally overlooking a document. Because timesheets may be received by email and uploaded directly into POC, there is also a risk that a timesheet will be uploaded successfully but not printed or saved separately for future reference
Add a bulk timesheet retrieval feature that allows users to filter by a specific date range, client, caregiver, or other available criteria. Users should be able to select all matching timesheets and download or print them in bulk, with an option to save them as individual PDFs or one combined PDF. |

Idea Benefit
This enhancement would significantly reduce the time spent locating and printing timesheets, improve staff efficiency, and help ensure that all required documentation is provided when Medicaid requests it. Bulk downloading would reduce the risk of missing timesheets, improve recordkeeping, and make it easier to respond to audits and documentation requests within required time frames. It would also reduce repetitive manual work, allowing staff to focus on other essential responsibilities while supporting better documentation practices and compliance. |
