Sort by site for Call Center

In the call center we need to be able to sort by site, this was give us good visualization of what comments for our branch.

For multi sites this would be beneficial to see what a specific branch is doing and we can drill down per branch.

    As a regional position, this is greatly needed. I currently have 30 locations that I do audits for and reviewing that processes are being followed. If I want to see if a location is putting notes in there is no way to get an idea of how many they are even completing in a day or week.

    We need the ability to search by sites in all cases in POC for any Branch Managers that have dual locations, QAMs, ED's, etc.

    For Quality and Compliance when they're checking for care plan review in audits, they have to search by client because there's no way to filter for care plan review by site.
