Mass Message to caregiving staff

It would be helpful if we could message our whole caregiving staff at once.

Idea Background

Office is closed due to weather, send message to caregiving staff that the office is closed. Or another example reminding staff the annual documents are due.

Idea Benefit

This would save time for admin staff, instead having to message everyone one caregiver at a time, and would help with better communication with onsite staff verses admin staff

    the broadcast feature does not work for our office. DCS are not getting the notifications or they are getting them hours or days later

    This already exists, if there is an issue with the timing of the Broadcasted messages, please report that issue along with details to the AR System Help Desk for review

    Absolutely love this idea!! We use the Remind app for mass notifications, but we have far more staff using the POC app then the Remind app, this would ensure more staff are reached with important information.

    The broadcast message does not come out in real time. I type one around 12pm as an example and my team do not receive it until 11:30pm at night. Broadcast messaging is not working as a efficient communication platform. Many of my staff also cannot see the messages and cannot find them to go back and read them later. Having a message platform that would send all DSPs a direct message would be absolutely amazing. Thanks.

    this was an option in POC called Broadcast message. Would be nice to have this in POCLite as well
