Need the canceled hours report in POC Lite Analytics to total in Excel and allow filtering.

We were able to filter and total these reports out of the box and the POC Reporting Sharepoint to gather data for our region, drill down to specific payors, branches, reason codes, etc. We need the same functionality on the report as we had before now that it is no longer accessible from those other locations.

Idea Background

This affects our ability to accurately report canceled hours on a larger scale from a regional perspective. We used the reports regular to identify revenue lost and opportunities for improvement.

Idea Benefit

The benefit would be to return the functionality to the same way the report functioned before which allowed us to utilize the data in the most beneficial way.
