We were able to filter and total these reports out of the box and the POC Reporting Sharepoint to gather data for our region, drill down to specific payors, branches, reason codes, etc. We need the same functionality on the report as we had before now that it is no longer accessible from those other locations.
Idea Background
This affects our ability to accurately report canceled hours on a larger scale from a regional perspective. We used the reports regular to identify revenue lost and opportunities for improvement. |
