I would like to add an exception type when making a caregiver unavailable.
Idea Background
I am finding that caregivers who are made unavailable for Basic Training and/or prometric exams are agreeing to work without remembering why they were made unavailable. If we can add a "Training" exception, it would make it easier for schedulers to see why they are unavailable and prevent open schedules with clients when the caregiver realizes that they have training and cannot go to their shift. This happens a lot in our branch. |

Idea Benefit
It would give a better description as to why they are not available to be scheduled and designated them to their training requirements. |
A DCS exception has been added labled 'Missing Required Training'
