Please update the Analytics Cancel Visit Details to include the clients county and zip code.

Idea Background

Currently some Operations are using the Cancellations Comments to include the county. After reviewing the report, this information is not provided consistently across homecare. Adding this information to the details will ensure consistency.

Idea Benefit

The client and zip code will help assess where we have specific recruitment needs based on specific Zip Codes and Counties. When posting requisitions, the Zip Code is utilized by Talent/HR. The operations rely on the county when running reports to identify where they have caregiver shortages.

    Clarification: We need the Analytics Daily Cancelled Visits Report to be updated. This will allow the reports to be ran for multiple sites and dropped to excel for trending.
