Override DCS existing schedule

Enable the functionality to schedule a DCS for a new visit, even if they are already scheduled with another client

From Manage Visits, if you are trying to staff an open shift w/ a caregiver that is already assigned to another client for overlapping times, the caregiver will not pull up as unless you change your schedule criteria to include "Scheduled DCS". They will pull when changed to Scheduled DCS but there is not an option to select the DCS or a Schedule All Option.

This already exists. When assigning a DCS there is an option to schedule or schedule all.. the schedule all allows them to assign the dcs even if they are scheduled elsewhere
