POC EVV Mobile App: Add Task

Add functionality to the Mobile app that would prevent the caregiver from adding task via the mobile app.

Idea Background

For some Operations and/or clients, caregivers adding tasks that are not included in the care plan created an audit risk.

Idea Benefit

At a site level, adding functionality that would allow the OPS to remove the add tasks option from the mobile app would help reduce audit risk.
