When a caregiver adds a task at clock-out, only show tasks that are part of the care plan, instead of displaying all tasks mapped to the site.
Idea Background
Offices enter a task frequency in the care plan based on the client's schedule but sometimes they may need to add an extra shift or a task may be completed more often than expected. Once the frequency is met, the caregiver won't see the task anymore in the app, which means they either have to add it at clock-out or it has to be added after the fact, by the office. Offices don't always want caregivers to add a task at clock-out because when they click the Add Tasks button, they have access to all mapped tasks instead of just tasks from the care plan. And since offices can't delete tasks once they've been reported, if the caregiver chooses incorrectly, then the task can't be removed. |

Idea Benefit
This is an issue in WA especially because caregivers are encouraged to complete their authorized hours which can result in extra shifts. This would make it easier for caregivers to report additional tasks, because they wouldn't have to worry about choosing an incorrect task. This would also keep the office from having to track down missing tasks to add after-the-fact. |
