Add a count based on the care plan vs. how many tasks have been completed.

Idea Background

The CD check box will auto check if at least one task is completed. In most cases, one task is not sufficient to be considered compliant.

Idea Benefit

A count vs. task completed would alert the operator when tasks have been marked as not completed. This would reduce audit risk for task compliance and quality.

    task column needs to show 7/10 meaning 7 tasks out of 10 were completed.
