Overtime Approval: Display total hours of overtime being approved

Managers are approving OT for templates and visits but don't know how many hours the schedule will create without running a separate report. Would like to see total hours they're approving on the DCS OT Restrictions/Exceptions screen, for example, something that says, "this schedule will result in [X] OT hours per week," before they click Proceed.

Idea Background

Requested by Rae Green. Branch managers are blind to what they're actually approving until they run reports. Would like to get a prompt before they approve so they can find optional solutions, especially if the template/visits are going to create a large amount of OT.

Idea Benefit

Would keep sites from losing revenue due to high costs of OT and would allow managers more visibility into scheduling concerns before they happen.
