CSM Dashboard: Add CSS filter for PS and DCS Metrics

The assigned coordinator (CSS) filter is only available for metrics under the Visits menu. For the PS and DCS menus, the only filter options are site, start date, and end date.

Seems to take those menus longer to load and users are unable to view a list of PS/DCS by assigned coordinator.

Idea Background

Noticed this issue while observing users in Renton office (WA). Since they work out of 2 sites, the dashboard took longer to load and they had no way to filter results to show just their assigned PS or DCS.

Idea Benefit

On the Visits menu, users can view by assigned coordinator using the CSS filter on top of the screen, or they can use the CSS column to filter/sort by assigned coordinator. On the PS and DCS menus, they just get a list of PS or DCS without being able to filter by assigned coordinator.
