Recurring Visits: Add DCS to Current and Future Visits on an Unassigned Template

If a template is setup with no assigned DCS, you can click on "Auto Extend DCS" from the Edit Template screen and add a DCS to the auto extend, but it will only add them to future visits.

To add the DCS to current visits, you then have to go to Schedule Management and do a batch assign using the "Get DCS" button.

Idea Background

The "Auto Extend DCS" option allows you to swap a DCS on a recurring visits template on current and future visits or just future visits, but you cannot add a DCS to the auto-extend without taking multiple steps.

Idea Benefit

In situations where an office needs to set up recurring visits without a DCS assigned for visibility purposes, it requires them to take additional steps to update the template when a permanent caregiver is identified.

This also can happen when they need to pull a DCS off a schedule but don't have a permanent replacement yet.
