Drop down box in Scheduled Management visits

When in Scheduled management and adding comments to the Ps, there should be a drop down box added under Both/DCS/Ps for the correct coding

Idea Background

When in scheduled management and using comments, the comments maybe for Careplan Review/aide change/cancelled ect...there should be a drop down box to pick the correct coding for Call Center. When adding comments for the Careplan Review, comments is automatically coded under Schedule.

Idea Benefit

We should be able to pick the correct coding without having to go back into Call Center and Edit the entry to the correct Code. Those options should be right there as well in the scheduled management visits. This would help with more Accurate and detailed documentation as well as those that get missed that may have needed editing to the correct code.
