Add an address verification feature within the Client Profile (intake/edit screens) that validates entered addresses against a trusted data source (e.g., USPS address database).
When a user enters an address, the system would:
Compare the entered address to validated USPS formatting
Present a pop-up showing:
“Entered Address”
“Standardized/Verified Address”
Allow the user to select which version to save
Who benefits:
Intake staff entering client demographics
CSMs / Branch Staff that encounter these discrepancies
Billing and EVV teams relying on accurate location data
Compliance/audit teams ensuring clean, defensible records
Example: A client address entered as ‘123 Main St Apt 2’ may be standardized to ‘123 MAIN ST APT 2, TIFTON, GA 31794,’ reducing EVV mismatches.
