adding care plan form to POC coordination app

Being to create/update plan of care in POC coordination app would allow for easier signing by clients and would prevent toting lap top around and having access to internet. automatic timing out with app would need to be resolved though.

Idea Background

When creating care plans on POC lite in the clients home using laptop, I have found that client's are having a hard time signing on mousepad area. I have tried them using their finger and a stylus; and they are still having a hard time getting form signed. By using the POC coordination app to create/update care plans it would allow for easier signing with clients.
